Centered below the shield and the word "WEST," the word "Utopia" is shown. On the right portion of the sign, approximately centered in the height of the sign, a diagonal arrow is shown pointing up and to the right. Above the top right portion of the sign, a smaller horizontal rectangular green plaque is shown with a white border and the words "EXIT 211 A" in white.

To the left of the disk and word on the first and second lines, a diagonal arrow is shown pointing up and to the left. Above the top left portion of the sign, a smaller horizontal rectangular green plaque is shown with the word "LEFT" in black letters on a horizontal rectangular yellow panel on the top line and the words "EXIT 100 B" in white on the bottom line of the plaque.
